By purchasing, installing, or using BidetCams products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please refrain from using our bathroom surveillance technology.

2. Service Description

BidetCams provides premium bathroom monitoring solutions including:

• Real-time streaming capabilities
• AI-powered hygiene analytics
• Cloud storage for bathroom footage
• Mobile app access for remote monitoring

3. User Obligations

As a BidetCams user, you agree to:

• Proper Installation: Install cameras only in your own bathroom facilities
• Guest Notification: Inform all bathroom visitors about active surveillance
• Maintenance: Keep cameras clean and properly positioned
• Subscription Payments: Maintain active subscription for cloud features
• Legal Compliance: Ensure usage complies with local bathroom privacy laws

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use BidetCams for:

• Recording in public or commercial restrooms
• Surveillance without proper consent from all users
• Sharing footage on social media platforms
• Creating bathroom-based entertainment content
• Competitive intelligence gathering on neighbors' bathroom habits

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months
• Late payments may result in temporary service suspension

5.2 Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Service continues until the end of current billing period
• All recorded footage will be deleted 30 days after cancellation

6. Equipment and Warranty

6.1 Hardware Warranty

• 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
• Waterproof rating guaranteed for normal bathroom humidity
• Replacement available for hardware failures
• Warranty void if used in steam rooms or saunas

6.2 Software Updates

• Regular firmware updates delivered automatically
• New AI features may require subscription upgrades
• Legacy hardware may lose support after 5 years

7. Privacy and Data

Your bathroom data handling is governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Secure encrypted transmission of all footage

8. Liability Limitations

BidetCams is not liable for:

• Relationship Issues: Disputes arising from bathroom surveillance discoveries

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BidetCams against any claims arising from:

• Illegal surveillance activities
• Privacy violations of bathroom guests
• Misuse of recorded footage
• Installation in inappropriate locations

10. Intellectual Property

BidetCams retains all rights to:

• Camera hardware designs and patents
• Software algorithms and AI technology
• Mobile application and user interface
• Brand name, logos, and marketing materials

11. Termination

We may terminate your service for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration if mediation fails
